Browser extension setup

Sync uses your logged-in Vudu cookies. A small browser extension reads them and POSTs them here. Only cookies for fandango.com and vudu.com are read — no passwords, no other sites.

Install (developer mode)

Chrome · Edge · Brave

  1. Unzip the downloaded file.
  2. Open chrome://extensions.
  3. Turn on Developer mode (top-right).
  4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
  5. Pin Vudu Wishlist Sync to the toolbar.

Firefox (109+)

  1. Unzip the downloaded file.
  2. Open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox.
  3. Click Load Temporary Add-on…
  4. Select manifest.json inside the unzipped folder.

Firefox unloads temporary add-ons on restart. For a permanent install use Firefox Developer Edition / Nightly with xpinstall.signatures.required set to false.

Send your session

Make sure you're signed in at athome.fandango.com, click the extension's toolbar icon, paste this app's URL (—), and hit Send session. The session banner above turns green when it lands. After that, sync runs automatically twice a day and the Sync now button works on demand.

Preferences

$

Cards under this Buy price get a green highlight and a badge, count toward the Under threshold stat, and are matched by the Under threshold filter pill. Set to blank to turn the highlight off entirely.

Preferences are stored in this browser only (localStorage) — they don't sync across devices.
